Yoshimitsu Yamada() born febrary 17, 1938. Cousin of Tadashi Abe sensei, his family was so close with Ueshiba o'sensei, so Yamada sensei tasted aïkido early.
Start at Aikikaï as student (uchi deshi) in 1956. In 1964, he's gone to New York, and became responsable of New-York Aikikaï. He looks like one of the best from the east USA and in the american aïkido federation.
As many sensei, he is a stage organizer through different countries. He hold the rank of 8th dan (shihan). He is member of the high council of the International Federation of Aïkido.
